Description

ClinPhoDoc is an organization & productivity tool for clinicians who take photos as a source of documentation. Quickly capture photo sets and optionally add a title and notes. Photo sets are displayed in a single list. Select one to view it and mark it as charted when done. ClinPhoDoc sends you a notification if you forget to chart on or delete a photo set. All photos live on your device, inside the application's storage sandbox.

How to Use

1. Tap the camera button to capture a set of photos.
2. Optionally add a title, type, and notes for the photo set.
3. Photo sets are saved automatically.
4. All photo sets are visible in the main list (scroll down for charted sets).
5. Any photo set not marked as charted or deleted within an hour will send a notification.
6. Swipe left on a set to delete if needed. Or, delete all photos using the menu.
